Laundry4U is a laundry and dry cleaning shop located in a multicultural neighborhood in Amsterdam serving households but also large users. Their focus is growth by attracting industrial users like spas, hotels, restaurants, without losing the households. Their competitive advantage is their customer service and affordable fares, for small and large users alike.
Challenge: Establish their branding and create a website that communicates professionalism and at the same time affordable rates and is equally attractive to large users as to households. In addition we created the logo, advise on the branding, and maintain the site refreshing their content regularly.
